Central bei Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants vorn
LIMA. Das Restaurant Central in Lima führt die S. Pellegrino-Liste der 50 besten Restaurants Lateinamerikas an. Im vergangenen Jahr war das Restaurant von Virgilio Martinez noch auf Platz vier von den stimmberechtigten Experten eingeordnet worden. Der bisherige Spitzenreiter, Astrid y Gastón, ebenfalls aus Lima, rangiert nun auf Platz zwei, gefolgt vom D.O.M. und dem Mani aus Brasilien.
